OneNote Error Code: 0xE00001A1

Question

Hello,

I made changes to a password-protected note on my phone and synced it.  When I checked for it on my computer the next day, the new password-protected page did not have the new information.  I then looked for it on my phone a  nd the new information was not on there either.  When I tried syncing again, I received this error code (0xE00001A1).  Is this info lost forever?
