Hyperlink not printed

I am using Windows 10 Pro for months.

Probably after installing Office 2016 few days back, in Word, sometimes hyperlink are printed, sometimes the space left blank when printing options are normal or default.

Interestingly, hyperlink is printed when 'gray scale printing' is chosen, but I want it to be printed in normal printing mode.

What is the problem.

My problem is identified, and, I am very sorry that it was neither a problem with Windows or Office or Word. It was simply because the blue ink cartridge was empty. In my documents only hyperlinks were colored, everything else was black & white, and so it appeared that hyperlinks were not being printed. I should have more careful before asking help for this sort of problem.

I found another problem while working with that one. When I ask to send to OneNote, an error message appears like the following:

It appears even if the OneNote is open (you can see it in the taskbar). What is the problem here?

    Hello Naseeb,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting your query.

Please provide more information before we proceed.

Does this issue persist while using other application such as Excel, WordPad, or Notepad?

How does the document look when you preview the document in print preview mode?

Open a Word document, Click on File, Print, select Send to OneNote and check if it prints fine there.

I suggest you to refer to the information mentioned in the following Microsoft article and check if it works as expected.
