Hello.
I did ha ve that error then I made some research and found that file and some others to be only symbolic links :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16>dir appv*
Le volume dans le lecteur C s’appelle SATA0_SYSTEME
Le numéro de série du volume est 0041-DD0B
Répertoire de C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
13/04/2016 00:00 <SYMLINK> AppvIsvStream32.dll [C:\Windows.old\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\AppvIsvStream32.dll]
22/06/2016 23:01 <SYMLINK> AppvIsvStream64.dll [C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\AppvIsvStream64.dll]
13/04/2016 00:00 <SYMLINK> AppvIsvSubsystems32.dll [C:\Windows.old\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\AppvIsvSubsystems32.dll]
22/06/2016 23:01 <SYMLINK> AppvIsvSubsystems64.dll [C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\AppvIsvSubsystems64.dll]
Those too :
13/04/2016 00:00 <SYMLINK> C2R32.dll [C:\Windows.old\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\C2R32.dll]
22/06/2016 23:01 <SYMLINK> C2R64.dll [C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\C2R64.dll]
The fact is the targets do not exist anymore.
I had to make a search on a backup to find them back and restore...
That was not sufficient : I had to make Word my default program back, and it started with the fresh install wizard...
It finally worked, faster than a full reinstallation, but quite annoying.
How is it that those important files do end on a temporary folder like clicktorun, and more, in that folder on windows.old !
Is that happening as I am an Insider ?
That is getting me quite angry...
