Fully Uninstalling Onenote

I have already uninstalled One Note, but when I looked at my add-ons afterwards I saw that I had two add-ons with unknown origins. I did some research and found they were part of One Note, but I don't understand why they weren't deleted when I uninstalled the program.

The add-ons are..

{2670000A-7350-4f3c-8081-5663EE0C6C49}

{789FE86F-6FC4-46A1-9849-EDE0DB0C95CA}

However, this is not the only problem. After I uninstalled the program, none of the other applications deleted either like it being the default of my printer or an icon in my Windows Office file. I clicked on it and I was still able to open it. I would like to find a way to completely erase it from my pc.

Please help!

    Thanks for responding,

    The OneNote that was installed into my computer was 2010 and I don't completely understand your second question sorry I'm not that computer smart as you can probably tell.

    However,  I do know how I at least tried to uninstall it.

    1. went to control panel
    2. clicked on uninstall a program under programs
    3. Found OneNote and clicked on it to uninstall it

    Then, after checking my add-ons and seeing unidentified add-ons I ran Microsoft Security Essentials, but nothing came up. I researched about the add-ons and found they were linked to One Note which caused me to check the Microsoft Office tab where I noticed that OneNote was still there.
