Repeatable BSOD plugging Thunderbolt2 devices into Thunderbolt4 ports WITHOUT any vendor drivers ever installed

It's affecting these models so far.

Dell Latitude 5520 - TBT Chipset - 9A1B
Dell Latitude 7520 - TBT Chipset - 9A1B
Asus UX482EG - TBT Chipset - 9A1B

This is occurring with every Thunderbolt2 device we've tried using multiple Tbt2-Tbt3/4 adapters.

Where can we officially report this behavior to MS, Intel or whoever the correct recipient might be?

Do you have memory.dmp from the BSOD? What does !analyze -v say?
