    Hi Jason,

I need to mask your public site URL since it contains your personal domain information. Thanks for your understanding.

I know you want to rename the URL from xxx-public.sharepoint.com to www.xxx.co.tk. But based on my check, there are no any DNS records associated to your domain. So please check the Name Server records on your DNS register first, if you want Office 365 to host your DNS Records, please add the name server records pointing to Office 365; If you want a third-party DNS hosting provider to host your DNS Records, please add the records pointing to your third-party DNS hosting provider.

Note: You may also consider removing the custom domain and re-adding the custom domain according to the prompt on your tenant. But during the downtime, you may not use the email services.

Once the records of the Name Server have been added successfully, all you have done are just the following two points.

    1. Click change address on your public website page.

2.Add a related CNAME record on your DNS hosting provider.

For the detailed information about these two steps, refer to Use a custom domain name to rename your Office 365 Small Business public website.

We will discuss further based on your updates.

    Regards,

    Sky

Hi,  The public site, which was working before Christmas.  I can get to it via 365 and all looks Ok, but once i search on google or just in the address bar I get the service provider page with the message that the website cannot be found.  Don't know my way around 365 that well but the site has been live for a few years now?  Jason

    hi jason,

do your mean sharepoint team sites or public sites?

if so, normally we can find the sites from 2 locations:

    1. click the app launcher on the top left corner, and then click the sites icon.
    2. go to office 365 admin center > sharepoint > site collections. (not applicable to office 365 small business plans, like office 365 small business and office 365 small business premium.)

if not, could you share more details about the situation?

to upload a screenshot, click use rich formatting just under the textbox, then click this icon![](http://fud.community.services.support.microsoft.com/Fud/FileDownloadHandler.ashx?fid=88f2063a-a6cf-4c97-b0e3-226ed67be310) and browse to select files.

    regards,

    jiaxing bian
