OneNote Syncing Error Code: 0xE0190190

Question

Hi,

I created a new notebook and for some reason it isn't syncing with my OneDrive. I keep getting the error code: 0xE0190190

Please help me ASAP. I am using OneNote 2016 on my Windows 10 PC.

Note: The steps suggested in the above Microsoft Articles are for OneNote 2013, however, the same steps will apply for OneNote 2016 as well.

I had the same issue.  The other stuff on this page didn't help me.  I ended up creating a new notebook and transferring stuff into that.  The new notebook syncs currently.  If you can't resolve doing the other methods on this page then I recommend mine.
