Excel Suggestion

So i was given the task at work of taking data and creating an excel document out of it. Basically we want to be able to select a client from a drop down and have it pull up all the data about that client.
I have all the data exported from our service ticket site into one excel sheet.
What formulas would i use to say if i select "client 1" it would pull from the hidden sheet all the info regarding that client.
Remember this hidden sheet will be a FULL LIST of all clients and hardware they have. Each client has multiple models and serial numbers.
any suggestions?
