Hello. I use OneNote from my iPad and have received an error code 0x000000
I have unfortunately forgotten to synchronize a lot of documents which I need for the exam.
I Can choose between reset now or not to reset which i press on so i Can save my documents. But it goes completely out of it. So would know if there is anything you could do ??

Hi Fatima,
A question, do you receive this error in all the Notebooks/sections?
Resetting will not help as you may lose the data and since you haven't synchronized your Notebooks, it is not possible to recover it.
You may try closing and re-opening the Notebook which is causing the issue and check.
