I have received the following error message when running Access.  There is no more details with the error message

Office Subscription licensing exception: Error Code: 0x803D0010; CorrelationId: {33BF8E24-91A6-4ECF-B45D-C80E6FEEDF00}

Configuration

           Windows 10 (Anniversary Version) with all updates applied

           Office 365

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For home | Other
