Hi Madepur,
If you are syncing your OneDrive for Business library through the OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client, the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client will stop syncing the OneDrive for Business library. After that, the OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client can only sync OneDrive for Busienss library, the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client can only sync SharePoint Online libraries.
From your description, the SharePoint Online libraries have stopped syncing. You may try runingn the fix it tool to clear the OneDrive for Business cache. And then resync the SharePoint Online libraries with legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client . Note: This tool requires you to resync all data that you synced previously to OneDrive for Business.
For the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client, please note that you can sync up to 5,000 items in a SharePoint library with it. This includes folders and files. In any SharePoint library, the sync limitation is 2 gigabytes (GB) per file. For the details, please refer to limitations and restrictions.
If there is any issue when you resync the SharePoint Online libraries, please provide the following information to investigate the situation.
