    Hi Madepur,

If you are syncing your OneDrive for Business library through the OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client, the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client will stop syncing the OneDrive for Business library. After that, the OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client can only sync OneDrive for Busienss library, the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client can only sync SharePoint Online libraries.

From your description, the SharePoint Online libraries have stopped syncing. You may try runingn the fix it tool to clear the OneDrive for Business cache. And then resync the SharePoint Online libraries with legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client . Note: This tool requires you to resync all data that you synced previously to OneDrive for Business.

For the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016) sync client, please note that you can sync up to 5,000 items in a SharePoint library with it. This includes folders and files. In any SharePoint library, the sync limitation is  2 gigabytes (GB) per file. For the details, please refer to limitations and restrictions.

If there is any issue when you resync the SharePoint Online libraries, please provide the following information to investigate the situation.

1.Share a screenshot of the issue symptom.

2.Provide the Windows Operation System version and  the legacy OneDrive for Business (2013 or 2016)version. To check the legacy OneDrive for Business version:

Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc>Click the Details tab.>Click Groove.exe>Right-click it, and then click Properties.>Click the Details tab.>The Product version row is the current version of the sync client

    Thanks,

    Felix

I'm not using Box or DropBox.  This problem found since Update OneDrive Bussiness and OneDrive Bussines Next Gen.  I must moving all SharePoint documents, which can't used again in OneDrove Bussiness.  I think this bad policy of OneDrive Bussiness because  I Can't syncing again of all my Share point folder.

I was also renam the Share Point but not change also.

In this issue, can you explain how to method Syncing our folder in cloud in OneDrive Bussines or OneDrive Bussines Next Gen ?  I have more than 40,000 file and 400 GB capacity.  This still serious issuse, and now I can't openning that file in my laptop or pc

    Hi Madepur,

As Windows supports a finite number of icon overlays, do you have other applications installed that heavily use icon overlays on files and folders, such as Dropbox and Box?

Meanwhile, please refer to the workaround1 in the article Felix provided to manually renaming the following Register key to check the outcome.

    Thanks,

    Sky Pei

    Hi Madepur,

Please try the fix tool in the Here's an easy fix section in the following article:

Sync icon overlays are missing from OneDrive for Business synced items

If that couldn't help, you may try the suggestion in the Let me fix it myself section in the article above.

Please share updates when you have time.

    Thanks,

    Felix
