OneNote Handwritten Notes

Question

hi is there a PEN i can use to write on paper that i can convert to notes on onenote. I am using a laptop so non touch screen. can i get a PEN that will mimic my writing that i can speed up note taking.

Two alternatives:

A Pen Tablet from Wacom

It's a mouse substitution, you write on an external graphics tablet, have to look at the screen of your laptop.

You write on paper, the pen stores your handwriting, you can copy it later to Onenote.
