when i click on the accept button in the First Things First message, it shows me the message "Microsoft Word has stopped working". What should i do now ?

Open in Safe Mode and troubleshoot accordingly: https://support.office.com/en-US/article/Why-do-I-get-a-stopped-working-message-when-I-start-my-Office-application-52bd7985-4e99-4a35-84c8-2d9b8301a2fa

If this would not work remove the current installation -> restart -> install it again.
