Unable to Stop using this shared subscription

After billing problems  with the admin's credit card of the shared sub, we decided to change the admin and try with another card. Unfortunately i cannot unsubscribe in order to do that, even i had Deactivated the install. When i click on 'Stop using this shared subscription' nothing happens as you can see from the screen.

I tried to buy new sub from MS Store but every time the following message appears:

"You’re currently using a shared Office subscription. To start your own subscription, you’ll need to stop using the shared one. To continue, go to your account page, and in the Subscription Sharing section, click “Stop using this shared subscription.” After that, please start your purchase again. Go to account page."

What we can do in this situation? Is there any workaround?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello Lex,

We had managed to get rid of the problem by deleting the entire subscription with the help of the support (the owner/admin of the sub need to do that - open ticket etc.) and then star everything from the beginning.

    Hello,

    1. We tried on IE 11, Edge, Mozilla, Opera and even Chrome but with no success.
    2. We tried it already, but in the admin account it is displayed 'Installs used: 0'

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

Please provide more information before we proceed.

    1. Did you tried using other browser and check if it works?
    2. Did you try sign-in to Office 365 admin account and remove user from share your subscription?

You may try log-in to other browser and check if it works. If issue persist, you may try sign-in to admin’s user account and try referring the steps mentioned in the following Microsoft article and check if it helps.
