Uploading large data to SharePOint

Question

I need to upload a lot of data in SharePoint libraries (around 300 GB), the copy paste tool in Windows explorer takes forever to upload the files and sync library is not an option since is limited to 5000 items. Please, what are the options to upload large data into SharePoint efficiently?

Alternatively, there are many 3rd party tools that offer better performance compared to using Windows Explorer, but those usually come at a price.
