Hi - Does anybody have any advice or thoughts about how best to handle leaving students in a UK school tenancy? The main issue is reclaiming the licences from a whole year group (150 users).

Hi Smith,
If the students from a whole year group has some attributes in common, you may create a new view in Office 365 admin center > Active Users to filter them and then bulk delete.
