Solver does NOT apply integer constraints (and BIN also) at all - Excel 2016 for Mac

Hello,

I apply the integer constraints to the variable cells, then I click the "solve". It does solve, but only give me non-integers. 

I also tried to apply BIN to the same group of cells, but same. 

It looks like the constraints are not applied at all.

Please fix it!

    I've seen no reports that Solver isn't working other than yours, which hints strongly that you are not using Solver correctly. If you can find an example in the videos that doesn't work the same on Mac as it does in the video, please reply with the video and I'll be happy to check it out.
