3D Map Excel 2016 - Can you export annotations?

Hi all,

I have a region map with Region A, Region B, Region C...

It is possible to add annotations to the above regions for visualisation in the map but can you export them?

What I mean is:

  1. I've annotated Region A, Region D, Region M, and Region Y with the following annotation: "Do not use".
  2. I've annotated Region B, Region C, Region X, and Region T with the following annotation: "Outside Mainland".
  3. I've annotated Region F, Region G, Region H, and Region I with the following annotation: "Optimum Target".
  4. I have a lot of regions! 10.000!

My question, after annotating the regions, can I export them into a text file so I get the added characteristics to the regions?

Before you ask, no I can't do this in an excel file as I have overlapping visual data on the map that helps with allocating it.

That link isn't helpful... It's telling me how to add an annotation not how to export it into a text file. Thank you though!
