The information indicates the issue is related to the library itself. We’d like to collect the network trace logs which contains the returned search results, and involve related team to assist you. Please also share us with a screenshot of that library settings page “Allow items from this document library to appear in search results?” option.
Meanwhile, I’d suggest you check if creating a new library in the site using the template of this library fits your situation.
Note: This is a quick workaround. The workaround may be not suitable if you’d like to also keep the version history of the files and other information during the recreation.
Below is the steps to save the library as template and recreate the library:
- Navigate to the library > click Library settings on the ribbon.
- Click Save document library as template > complete the settings > OK
- Click the gear icon > add an app > find the template and recreate the library.
