Planner not appearing

Hello, I have an Office Business Premium license for 2 users, with First Release enabled for all users.

Planner is still not showing up in our App launcher - is there some setting change I need to make so that it is available to us?

Thank you!

    Hi Wed532,

    Thanks for the clarification.

As Planner is on preview at this time, some users report that the Planner tile will appear in App Launcher/Home page if our tenant has enable First Release on User level (Select people). Would you try to enable First Release option for the users who has been assigned the Planner license to see the outcome. For your reference:

Also it does not appear under my list of apps

    Any other thoughts?

    Thanks Jim!

Planner does appear for me under: https://tasks.office.com/koconsulting.onmicrosoft.com/DE-DE/Home/ProjectsList/

It is appearing in German, although for my tenant I have chosen English (I located in Germany).

I will attempt to manually add Planner as a custom tile...

    Hi Wed532,

Planner is available in Office Business Premium subscription. To investigate the issue, please check the following information:

    1. Check if you can find the Planner tile here:

    https://www.office.com/1/?auth=2

    https://portal.office.com/myapps

    1. Sign out and sign back in to see if there's any difference. It works based on my test.
    2. Check if you can find the Planner license in Office 365 admin center > Users > Product licenses.

    If the issue persists:

    a. Does the issue happen to all users?

    b. Have you tried the Planner URLs below?

    https://tasks.office.com

    https://tasks.office.com/en-US/Home/GettingReady

    https://tasks.office.com/yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com/Home/ProjectsList/

    Regards,

    Jim
