Microsoft Publisher 2013 Stand Alone program

I re-installed Windows 8 (I hated Windows 10). When I reinstalled my Publisher 2013 (I purchased it as a stand alone product at Staples and I have the Product Key), it keeps saying it is unlicensed.

    Hello,

    Since the previous link didn't work, you need to activate your Publisher 2013 by telephone. Click on this link and proceed to "Activate by Telephone". You also have to contact our Office Support Team and provide the Installation ID that will show in Activation Wizard under Step 2. Once you have the Confirmation ID, you will enter the code under Step 3. That should activate your Publisher 2013.
