Forms permissions for all users

As of this morning (around 10:30), I am receiving reports that no one can access Microsoft forms.  The error is as follows:

The permissions set are for anyone to access it.  I appear to be the only person that can access it, once logged in.

Anyone else running into this?

**Update** I ended up copying all Forms, and sending out links, as all permissions were stripped from the old forms.  The new links seem to work.  I only had 4 forms in circulation.  Very glad we are not using this globally yet.

Hi Matt,

In this situation, I would like to confirm the following information to clarify your situation:

  1. Open one Form > click ellipsis… in the top right corner > settings > capture a screenshot of the setting page with us including the start date and end date.
  2. Open one Form > click Sharing in the top right corner > capture a screenshot of the sharing way with us.
  3. Have you set Block internet access while users complete your form for your users?
  4. Please create a new test form and share the link to us. To protect your privacy, you can provide it via private message.

Regards,

Linda

    Linda,

Unfortunately, I had to copy and create new surveys.  Also unfortunately, my users are reporting that the forms are no longer working, yet again.

Update: I've opened a Microsoft premier ticket.
