Office Device Based Activation Issues

Back in October of last year, I configured our Office 365 instance for device based activation.

Everything has been working fine with activating installations of Office 365 Pro Plus since then until today.  I am receiving an error when running the activation script: "Exception: License unavailable - GetLicense - early exit".  This is only occurring on certain devices.

I am seeing this issue on more frequent basis over the last two weeks.  Definitely frustrating when dealing with thousands of devices.
