We have run into some issues with Microsoft Planner. When we go to the Planner page, it says "An error occurred while trying to load your plans."
We use Conditional Access with SharePoint Online and Exchange Online / Mail. When conditional access is enabled, we run into this problem, even though SharePoint Online and everything else works as expected on my Windows 7 PC. If we disable Conditional
Access for my account, everything with Planner appears to work as expected.
If I go directly to one of my plans, I can see the items and create new ones, but I cannot add any comments, or assign a person to a task.
When I try and put a comment in on a task, it says "We're still setting up conversations for your plan or you do not have a mailbox in Office 365. Try posting your comment again in a few minutes." I do have a mailbox in Office 365.
If I try to assign someone, the graphic keeps spinning and doesn't ever let us assign someone to the task.
I found a similar post online, and it was somehow fixed on the back end. I am not sure if this is a similar issue.
