OneDrive usage report

Hi all

Have anyone experienced that the OneDrive usage report seems to be stuck on the amount of data being uploaded to OD4B? My report has been stuck on 79.3GB since the 24th of March. In the same period we have added many new users and I know that they are using the solution.

Could it be that there is a service or crawl or anything that has stopped working?

Any help or tips is appreciated

Best regards

Per Kristian

Hi Per Kristian,

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. As I mentioned above, there may be unpredictable delays in data collection. If you want to get the current usage of OneDrive in your company, I suggest you use the PowerShell to do that. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

  1. Go to Get the space usage in ODFB to download the PowerShell script;
  2. Open it by Notepad and modify your tenant information according to the description;
  3. Execute the script and you will get all the usage on the OneDrive in your company.

Regards,

William

    Hi William

    Well, the problem with the OneDrive usage report is still an issue for us.

    Since the 24th of March we have added many new users and I know for sure that a lot of documents has been uploaded to OneDrive for business since then.

    We are currently in a phase of starting up with Office365 in our organization, and it would be very interesting for us to be able to check these reports to make some ad-hoc messuring of our user adoption.

    Is this an issue only for our tenant (nor*******ncil.onmicrosoft.com), or is it an issue for all tenants?

    Is it possible to estimate when the issue will be solved?

    All help on this is greatly appreciated :-)

    Best regards

    Per Kristian Hagen

    Hi Per Kristian,

    Regarding the usage report, I'd like to explain that at times there may be unpredictable delays in data collection and processing which may delay report generation.

    If you insist that there have changes on the usage after you added those users, please go to OneDrive usage Details to check whether there has any Active files by the new added users.

    Regards,

    William
