Lock A Container

When I have a container holding pictures, text, & drawings; I would like to be able to lock the container so that I don't accidentally mess up the arrangement inside the container.  Right now I have to use the snipping tool to take a picture of the combined text, drawings, & pictures and then paste it back into One Note as a picture.

Is it possible to "lock" and "unlock" a container?

And this is what happens if I move the Container
