I have 1000's pcs using single sign on threw outlook 365 and this error happens 25 times a minute when using any office 2016 package on some machines and then stops and then comes back again, the advice to just click OK is useless how long till a fix is put in place to solve this its already been over a month!

I can no longer placate my users base with Microsoft knows about it and we are waiting for a fix, they are sick of waiting...

    Hi Wesley,

According to the first screenshot, the Office application you are using is MSI based Professional Plus. I cannot identify the detailed version of the application. Please click About Word and provide the version number for us.

Also, if it is not the latest version, please try to install the update in the following KB to see the outcome.

    Thanks,

    Hi Topcat,

Have you tried to upgrade the Office to the latest version?

To better understand the situation from your side, I’d like to confirm the following information.

    1. What is the version of the Office? Open an Office application and go to File > Account, then capture a screenshot of the Product Information for us.
    2. What is the detailed version of the Operating System of the computers? Go to Settings > System > About, and provide the OS Build and version for us.

    Thanks,

    Ran
