For a one page document, you can use CTRL+a and then use Copy and then start a new document and use Paste>Special to paste as a Picture (Enhanced Metafile), then you can right click on the picture and select Save as Picture and before clicking on the Save button, change the Save as type to JPEG File Interchange format (*.jpg)

For a multipage document, you could use Snagit (www.techsmith.com) to "print" the document and then in the Snagit editor, you can use File>Save As to save it in jpg format.  Note, each page will be a separate jpg file.

If you send me a copy of the document, referencing this thread in the covering email message, I will investigate the issue.

We'll need more detail than that. Which of the methods did you use?
