How to add multiple points or lines of writing to a single shape in Hierarchy Chart (Smart Art)

Hi all so i'm looking to make a Hierarchy chart that looks like the following (edited in paint to show):

Having a lot of difficulty achieving this. I can make each hyperlink/text  another row/shape but I want to put them all under the same row/shape just in different lines.  Spacing just makes the box wider and I can force the box smaller but the formatting inside gets messy. Pressing enter creates a new shape which I can then demote but then each of the hyperlinks/texts gets another row which I do not necessarily want.

Hopefully you can understand my intentions from context as I do not believe I am describing it well enough.

If you are trying to recreate the box with the "hyperlinks"

It depends on where you are editing the text.  If you enter the text in the "type your text here" then yes, hitting <enter> will create a new box.  Instead use soft return, <SHF><ENTER>.

If you edit the text directly in the boxes you can use either <enter> or <shf><enter> to create multiple lines.

You won't be able to insert "working" hyperlinks, they get converted to text only, so if you want people to go there you will have to show the full web address for them to type it.

SmartArt is "smarter" than inserting static Shapes, but it's smarts are limited, and very channeled. It can do a few things well, but as soon as you try to do something unusual it refuses to cooperate.

Speaking of unusual, I just accidentally found something new. I was deleting text from the bottom when that isolated box popped up in the upper right corner.

I was able to create more separate "charts" inside the single "smartart" .  Live and learn.

    Just tried something else.

I inserted a "Shape", pasted the same hyperlink.  The hyperlink is maintained as a clickable hyperlink.

The disadvantages of using a shape is that it is free floating, not attached to the smartart.  So, if you make any changes to the smartart you have to manually adjust the size and location of the Shape.

Thanks, hyperlinks kind of work, you can insert them and people can open them by right clicking and selecting open hyperlink but they can't double click it to open.
