Error Code: 0x80072f17

So i got microsoft office through the university i go to, i've downloaded it to my moms computer, but i recently got a 2011 macbook air and after finally getting it to download, i went to sign in and "Error Code: 0x80072f17" keeps coming up. everything i've looked up says it's been fixed, but that was 3 years back and it's not on mine. any suggestions?

    Hi Miranda,

    To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

    • Are you the only one encountering the error in the University?
    • Have you tried activating Office 2011 on a different Mac computer? If not, we suggest that you try it out just to check if you will get the same error.

    If you have any antivirus software installed in the system, we suggest that you disable it and then try to activate Office 2011 again.

    It would be best if you could provide a screenshot of the error that you are getting.
