Excel Custom Paper Size

Need to create a 4 x 7 paper size in excel.  There does not seem to be any custom settings in Page Layout Size or Custom Printer Sizes.  Appreciate a fix.

    Paper size setting is not an Excel feature.

    You can use Excel to only select a paper size (if already defined/set).

    Paper size setting depends on the printer driver. 

    Some printers may allow user to have custom paper size, while some printers do not allow such changes.
