Visio Pro Engineering Stencils Missing

I had to redo my PC, and when I reinstalled Visio Professional 2016, the engineering-type templates are missing. Hydraulic, Electrical, Process - all of it. I was previously on version 2013. Do I need to go back to that?

A reboot actually fixed the issue. The "Engineering" and the "Software and Database" stencil groups showed up. Thank you.

    Hi PEACEKEEP3R,

About the issue, may I know if you tried reinstall Microsoft Visio pro 2016 client? If not, could you try it?

In addition, please confirm if the issue occurs on all users in your company. If so, Engineering shape template may be removed from this version of Visio with Deferred Channel. If the issue only occurs on this Visio app, this is an unexpected behavior. We will continue to troubleshot it.

    Regards,

    Shirley
