There are some exceptions:
17 and 98: Just 17 sent
26 and 98: Just 26 sent
seems a regular sequence

Hi
I am trying to send merged emails based on a list in Excel spreadsheet.
The problem is that I can send only one email each time.
The field where the range is introduced accepts only a single number, not a range like 6-90.
When I write the range it defaults back to 1 or the first digit I write.
I have updated Office 2016 (Spanish version) to the latest version right now (15.29).
OS is Yosemite (10.10.5)
Any idea what might be the problem?
Best regards - Klaus

Thank yo, Neha
Strange results:
6 and 98: 6 and 7 sent
8 and 98: 8 sent
9 and 98. 9 and 10 sent
11 and 98: 11 and 12 sent
13 and 98: 13 and 14 sent
15 and 98: 15 and 16 sent
Allways to go out.
To "Para" Field I suppose is designed to introduce a specific email address, but I am not sure about that
Best regards
Klaus
Thank you, Neha.
I can send the emails individually via Outlook. I just cannot send more then one at a time, as the field for the range seems to accept only integers.
I describe the setup:
It works fine. I can preview and send correct individual emails.
Maybe it is just a bug of the spanish version.
Best regards
Klaus
Hi Klaus,
Please make sure you are following the correct steps to mail merge as mentioned in this article. Then try to specify the custom range.
If the issue still occurs, please provide the detailed steps which you take and some related screenshots.
Thanks,
Neha
