#VALUE error IFS Function

I am working on building a worksheet for my sales staff to use, and I am using IFS to populate the appropriate data, based on a selection from a drop-down. For instance, if B7 is a drop down menu with "peaches" selected, the IFS function should display a named set of data regarding peaches.

The "insert function" window will preview the information correctly, but the worksheet gives a #VALUE error, and I am not sure why this is happening.
