Excel Copy and Paste Issue

I have an issue copying and pasting from excel to any other office program. I am trying to copy my data and paste it into word as a picture. However when the image is pasted its automatically cropped and zoomed in. I cannot figure out why office keeps doing this. I figured out it was not a word issue because I tried pasting the image in excel as a picture and the same issue happens. Any ideas?

Solutions I have tried:

Testing all the Add-ins

Google...Nothing out there

Uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

We have the same issue, and it is not document specific.  It happens on any excel to word paste as picture operation on a particular computer.  others in the company can do the task on the same files without issue.  would love to know what is causing it.

    Hi RLTALLC,

To troubleshoot this issue, we need the following information:

    1. Please provide the screenshots of the data in Excel and how it looks in Word when pasted from Excel.
    2. Please confirm the steps which you take to copy and paste the data.
    3. What version of Office are you using? To check the exact Office version, open Excel/Word, click File>Account, you’ll see your version under Product Information, which looks like Version xxxx (Build xxxx.xxxx).

Additionally, try copying the data from Excel and paste it in Word as picture and see if it is cropped & zoomed.

    Thanks,

    Neha
