Sky, New experience pages open with all arrows in the collapsed position within the quick launch menu. Whenever an arrow is clicked, only the underlying items under that arrow opens. This is very neat looking and efficient.
Compare that to a list. When a list opens, all items under every arrow opens (even if it is a new experience list on a new experience page). Since all sections are open, we have to go searching through the entire menu for a particular underlying item. This
is inefficient and messy looking.
I can't understand why a page's quick launch menu is always collapsed and opens only what is needed and a list's quick launch menu is always expanded and it take a several clicks to close to get them all collapsed.
It would seem to me that if a page can do it, a list ought to be able to do it as well. Can you tell me why not?
