MS Teams Bot name and icon does not match Bot Profile

I have configured a bot to communicate with the MS Teams channel. However, when it posts a notification using the NotificationSignal API create-apps-for-teams-meetings , the bot's display name just shows as "my-app-bot", which is the bot handle, and the icon is the default Azure bot icon.
In Azure I've already uploaded the bot icon and changed the display name; it has been several days since this change. Are there other configuration areas I have to change for the bot display name and icon to match what is in Azure Bot Profile?

It seems the solution of logout and login in teams seems to work for most of them or clear the cache if using the web version and login again. I hope this helps.
