Web app Onedrive groups "500 internal server error"

Hi

When clicking onedrive app from portal.office.com I get the menu tree to the left.

But when clicking on a group the website starts to load the files but then shows a 500 INTERNAL ERROR message.

I have tried this in several webbrowsers and get the same result. My account is the admin account who has created the group.

Other users in the group can access the ondrive group without internal error.

Any suggestions

    I suggest you check the following:

    1. Get to the group via the links below to check if the error occurs.

    https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/groupname/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx.

    https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/groupname/_layouts/15/Group.aspx.

    1. Ensure the group is active. You can login to Office 365 Admin Center to check if the group is active.
    2. Do other users encounter the same error?

    Hi

    I can open other Groups fine. Its just one Groups that gives Me this error.

    I changed browser but still the same error. I even downloaded Opera as a new browser but with the same result.

    I looks like it is loading the Group data but at the last second crashes.

    I now see this in the error url:

    undefined/_layouts/15/AccessDenied.aspx

    Dont know if it is general or could be someting.

    Hi Mats,

    Do you encounter the issue when you click all the groups in the OneDrive site? We suggest you check the following:

    1. Open other groups to check if the same issue occurs.
    2. Change another browser to open the group to check if the issue persists.
