Microsoft Online through Box not saving changes or showing up in recent documents

Hi there,

I have been editing a file on Box using Microsoft Online but my edits have been lost. They are not showing up in Box, even as previous versions.

The file is not showing up in recent documents on Microsoft Online.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Mik,

You can click the Updates button at the top- right corner and check the updates on the files.

Hi Mik,

No, there is no record on a document in Box with Office online. Since the recent document list is related to the account we used to log into Office Online, when we log into Office Online with a Work/school account(Office 365 account), we will access the recent documents in Office Online or Office client. With the Box account, there is no such a recent document list in Box.

Thanks Shirley, that's useful.

There is a gap in the updates of around 4 hours while I was working on the file. 

Shouldn't Microsoft Office Online also have a record of my edits, e.g. in recent files?
