External Sharing using Azure Active Directory B2B collaboration

Hi,

I have implemented Azure Active Directory B2B collaboration feature in my Office 365 tenant. After creating the security group and adding users through csv upload, I also added this group to one of my Site Collection in SharePoint Online.

I read in an article (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-b2b-collaboration-overview/),  which suggests that after using B2B for external sharing, security is increased because access is revoked when partner users are terminated from their organizations, and unintended access via membership in internal directories is prevented.

Somehow, I am not able to understand how is that possible. My external users are from organization who do not have any Azure Active Directory nor do they have Office 365 subscription.

Kindly suggest.

Regards,

Kundal
