Hi Johnbors,

Is your operating system one of Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2?

If so, please install Windows Management Framework 3.0 to see if the issue can be fixed.

Thanks,

Rena
