Excel Formula For Percentage Increase/Decrease

I know the basic formula when computing an increase/decrease using 2 columns:

A-B/A*100

My problem is I have a spread sheet with 4 columns that I cannot figure out what formula to use.

I need the combined percentage increase or decrease for 2 stores:

For example:

Store A 2016 sales + Store B 2016 sales

Store A 2015 sales + Store B 2015 sales

What is the combined percentage in crease or decrease for the 2 stores? What is the formula I can use to produce this Number?

My spreadsheet only has 4 columns with the 4 figures to use: Store A 2015 sales, Store B 2015, Store A 2016 sales & Store B 2016 sales
