Access Problems with Windows 10

I have been using Access 2007-2016 and recently I was updated to Windows 10.   I keep a very important database in Access to track training requirements.  Ever since installing Windows 10 I have been having lots of problems in Access and receiving pop ups saying "you can't save this record at this time" Microsoft Access may encountered an error while trying to save a record. If you close this object now, the data changes you made will be lost. I select the yes option to the question "Do you want to close the database object".  I select Yes and it won't close.  I have to reboot and loose my data.  I loose most of the data I've entered prior to the warning.  Also, If I leave the window open to long all of the data entry spaces change to #Name?  Also pop ups saying that my network access was interrupted and a few other warnings.

Two other people in the company are using Access as well and are having no problems. But, they are in an earlier version of Windows.  Do I need to reinstall an earlier version of Windows? Does anybody know if this is a common problem?

This is not a common problem. Tons of people run Access apps on Win10. I personally have since it came out, and everyone in my company is as well on a daily basis.

This sounds like a network problem, that just coincides with installing Win10. I would have IT check your NIC, cables, etc. Of course make sure you have the latest drivers. Also maybe you could temporarily move to another Win10 machine, maybe even a VM on another machine.

Also I would decompile, compact, and recompile the application.

You keep excellent backups of this important db, yes? Have those backups verified with a test restore.
