Question

I want to share information , but I create a quick note, unfortunately it share whole notebook

But I can not delete shared people

Please help

Hi Michelle,

You can follow the steps below to delete the shared people online:

• If you store the notebook in OneDrive

Navigate to your OneDrive online, choose the related notebook>click stop sharing for the related user

• If you store the notebook in your SharePoint online document library

Navigate to your related document library>choose the related notebook>click the three dots button>click “share”>choose “shared with”>choose advanced to check this notebook’s unique permission>check if the shared user is in the list>choose the user then click “remove user permissions”.

If the steps above don’t work, please provide more information below:

1. Tell us the detailed steps you did to delete the shared user.
2. Tell us which step you stuck.
3. Related screenshots about you cannot delete the shared people.
