well the pb is reseolved sudenly with out any modification !!

1- we create our workFlow using SharePoint Designer, and it's sharePoint 2013 workFlow :  it's a workFolw wicth start automaticly after creation of an item in a personelized list, and after verifing some conditions, wicth determine witch Sharepoint user group is the approver group, create a task and send an mail to this Group.

2/3 - when we had the prb w create a simple workFlow using desinger, in another list and we had the same pb

4 - tenant information given in the message.

    Hi WissemKa,

To investigate this issue, I’d like to confirm the following things:

    1. How do you create those workflows, with the default workflows in SharePoint Online or custom in SharePoint Designer? Are they SharePoint 2013 workflows?
    2. You may create a simple workflow in the problematic site, see if it can work well.
    3. Create a new library/list in the problematic site, check if simple workflow works well.
    4. Some tenant information. We may need to check some information from our side and involve your tenant admin to this thread. For privacy protection, I have sent you a private message to collect the information. You may find the message via the URL https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list.

    Best regards,

    Tim
