QnA emails

In preparation for the move of the TechNet forums to the docs forums, I started following a few of the same forums in docs. Now my inbox is getting flooded with with emails, most from forums I am not even following. I have gone to my profile and turned off everything that even appears to be trying to send me emails, but to no avail. I am continuing to receive emails. I do not want to receive an email every time anybody posts any comment/question in any docs forum, but that is exactly what is happening.

Anybody else having issues with receiving emails from docs?

    Thanks, Dave. This 'new and improved' interface is taking some getting used to.
