There are two separate issues.
(A) When the Analysis ToolPak is properly installed, the Data Analysis item will appear on the far right end of the Data ribbon. The Add-Ins ribbon is not involved.
(B) If a VBA add-in uses only legacy code that would add an item to the Tools menu in pre-2007 Excel (and the VBA add-in does not explicitly include code for adding its own ribbon), then the menu item will appear in the Add-Ins ribbon. However, after you
install the add-in, you may have to quit Excel and relaunch Excel to have the menu item appear.
Furthermore, hopefully temporarily, you may have to use the Windows 10 File Explorer to Unblock the XLAM file. See "Real Statistics disappears from Addin ribbon" at http://www.real-statistics.com/blogs/
