Visio print problems

Question

Hi, 

Starting with the last update (16.0.7927.1012) when i print any Visio diagram always put all the draw in the left top corner of the page, even if i print to Microsoft PDF do the same. Any idea? For now, my only solutions is to export to PDF and then print from Acrobat

Reader.

Hi,

We did a further test in Visio 2016 with version 16.0.8027.1006, the print issue has been fixed.

Please wait for the Visio latest updates. Keep using Visio 2016 with the latest version and confirm if the issue can be fixed in your side.

Hi RReis_SVD,

Your Visio 2016 version is now 7830 because the Feb updates for entire Office have been rolled back to address some issues on one of the products. Since the Print issue in Visio got introduced in Feb updates (7927), you are not encountering it with 7830 build.

You will get build 8027 by end of April mostly, which fixes the print issue from 7927. You shouldn't encounter the print issue when you are on 8027 and above. Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know for any clarifications or drop an email at visio-feedback[at]microsoft[dot]com.

Hi Winni,

The update that i apply today solve the print problem, however my Visio 2016 version is now 16.0.7830.1021 instead of 16.0.8027.1006. Any idea why?

Thanks for your feedback. I can reproduce your issue in Visio 2016 with the latest update (16.0.7927.1012).
