Every time I open Excel the same error message comes up

Every time I open Microsoft Excel I get the same error message. I have attached a screenshot of the error message below. Its important to note that I'm not trying to open a particular worksheet just opening excel itself. Once I click "Ok" Excel opens normally and functions normally. Any idea how to get rid of this popup? That file doesn't even exist. It seems to me that Excel is trying to load that document automatically every time when it starts as if it got into the startup code? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work. Thank you for the help!

Look in Excel's tools menu to see if the megastat addin is listed. If so, try to uncheck it.
