Multilingual documents with multiple versions

Hi all,

I regularly create three linked documents and am frustrated by the inefficiency. Can you help? I need to create an English&Hindi document that when I edit, links directly to the English-only and Hindi-only documents and updates them.

Here's what I do:

1. Write a document in English and Hindi (Called Original English/Hindi version). Some of it is in paragraph text and some in tables.

I then save two copies and:

• Delete all Hindi text and save that copy as the English Version
• Delete all English text and save that copy as the Hindi version

I'm kind of happy till this point but accept it's not the most efficient way. But the main problem now starts when I need to make any change to anything in the document I actually have to make it in three documents. Is there a way to automate this so that editing the Final English/Hindi version automatically edits the Final English and Final Hindi versions?

Thanks I think you're right - this is probably the way to go. Not easy - the formatting will all be different in different langugages/fonts, but possible.

V interested to hear if anyone else has done this.
